1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is complete.

2. Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • International: 14–30 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. MM Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.

3. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened or used beauty and skincare products

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@getmmstore.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or full refund.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately at support@getmmstore.com if you need to cancel.
